Welcome to my online home! I have been blogging for approximately 6 years but abandoned my most developed blog (a rather popular online destination which primarily catered to folks seeking a personal account of the daily life experienced by someone diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type II) near the end of 2008 when my personal identity was severely compromised. I started this one shortly thereafter yet only provided erratic updates at best; I think I’m on the road to fixing that, however, so have fun and visit often: I love making new friends!

Although I’m now posting under the alias Rae Macklyn, some of you probably recall my former (somewhat bad-ass) online self; please do not refer to the old nickname in your comments or they will be edited prior to approval for public consumption. My fiance (who anonymously goes by Sweetie here…references to his real name will be likewise edited) is a blog administrator and contributor to psychopomposity.net as well. Separate contact pages have been created to reach either of us via email.

Within the space provided by this blog, absolutely anything goes: readers should expect to see updates regarding my daily life as well as brace themselves for sometimes EXTREMELY opinionated (and often quite profanity-filled) rants about news, politics, football, or whatever else I care to dwell upon when the blogging muse chooses to visit me. Sweetie doesn’t post nearly as often but mostly prefers to share music and humour when he does.
